Our therapies include a wide range of body treatments to help aid recovery, we offer Homeopathy, Reflexology Hopi Ear Candles and a variety of Massage therapies including the new LAVA Shell Massage. We aim to help with maintenance of health, healing the mind, body and soul, or for pure indulgent relaxation to help with the stresses and strains of modern day living.
